Registration fees

 

(*) The student status will be recognized only to PhDs and Master Students.
Post Docs have to register as Regular participant.
Students must provide evidence of their University enrollment by sending a student certificate or a copy of a valid student ID to: epcos2018@imm.cnr.it

The registration fees will include:

Conference bag with complete enclosed materials including the Abstract book.
Coffee breaks and lunches at conference venue.

Welcome Reception:

Sunday September 23, 6:00 – 9:00 PM
To welcome you all to the E\PCOS 2017 we arranged an aperitif reception with snacks and a registration desk. This event starts at 6:00 PM. The Welcome Reception will be held at the Conference Venue (Museo Diocesano).

Conference Dinner:

The Conference Dinner will be held in Palazzo Manganelli at 7:30 PM on Monday September 24th. The Palazzo Manganelli is easily reachable, in 5 min, following the route shown on the map.

Guided tour to the Terme Achilliane.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying person fees will include the welcome reception,  access to coffee breaks, lunches and the Social dinner.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellations must be sent to the Conference Organization by email to: epcos2018@imm.cnr.it

Refunds will be made after the Conference as follows:

Cancellation before 15 September, 2018: 50% refund
Cancellation from 15 September, 2018: NO REFUND

Refunds will be paid using bank payment method.
